Our policy is valid for 7 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed after your purchase. We accept returns only if the items were supplied incorrectly, are faulty, or were damaged in transit.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you got it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

If you are authorised, your refund will be processed and a credit will be sent to your credit card or original mode of payment within 5-7 days.

You will be responsible for your own shipping fees when returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you get one.
