Shipment processing time

All orders are processed to be shipped within 3-5 business days of an order being placed, as our products are handmade in small batches.

There could be delays due to nation holidays, calamities, etc. which are out of our control due to which there could be a further delay. We are not liable for these delays, but will be available to ensure you receive your product,

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We use ShipRocket as our shipping partner, Delhivery and Ekart being the two shipping companies that your product will be shipped through. 

Orders placed out of Telangana take 3-5 days to reach after shipping.

Orders placed in Telangana take 2-3 days to reach after shipping.

Orders placed in Hyderabad take 1-2 days to reach after shipping.

There are some pin-codes that are unserviceable by our partners. Incase it isn't we will offer you a refund, or ship with a third party.
